Dr. Rajarshi Singh
Dr. Rajarshi Singh is committed to advancing children’s learning and sustainable growth. With a decade of expertise in research, monitoring & evaluation, program design and management, he leverages evidence to enhance developmental outcomes. As the Director of Programs at the People’s Action for Learning (PAL) Network—a consortium of 17 NGOs in 15 countries—Dr. Singh spearheaded strategy and programs, overseeing a 9-member team impacting 60,000 children annually. He simplifies complex problems into actionable components to lead evaluation and participatory research projects across diverse domains such as education, health, agriculture, WASH, governance, and women’s empowerment for clients such as the World Bank, USAID, and others. He holds a PhD from Carnegie Mellon University (USA), before which he studied at the University of Arizona, Tucson. He has published over 20 academic and creative works, including a novel for young adolescents in 2024: The Girl with No Magic.
